Former Jehovah’s Witnesses and Bible Students testify about providential experiences from Jehovah which drew them to consecrate (symbolized by baptism) and to accept the Truth. The moderator interviewing the brethren is Bro. Irving Foss. You can read his “eye witness” testimony on the Testimony page, where he describes how the Chicago Bible Students broke away from the Watchtower in 1933. Personal Testimony meetings were always normal part of Bible Student services in the days of the early Watchtower. Bible Students have continued this practice to this day and we receive many rich blessings from hearing the weekly experiences our brethren go through, encouraging each other and seeing how the Lord is directing our experiences to help us grow in character as New Creatures, to be more like Christ and to develop the Fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22, 23). Some of those testifying became Bible Students in the days of the Early Watchtower when Pastor Russell was alive. I dont know how to post this in the correct place so I hope the moderators can. I want to talk about shareing bible truths with jehovahs wittnesses, Since jehovahs wittnesses are %100 convinced that any other religeion or veiw of the bible is false it is impossible to ingage in a productive discusion with them,they will without fail show you their correct interpratation useing jehovahs wittness literature, therefore I suggest to all jehovahs wittnesses the following, please pray for wisdom from jehovah to understand and do his will in jesus name, then take a bible and begin with the book of matthew and simply read out loud 1 page in the morning and 1 page out loud at bed time. do this each and everyday for the rest of your life. thats it from me.. nothing remotly wrong with that suggestion, do it if you love jehovah !
Dear Ari, I think you so much for your encouraging advice. For JWs to remember the many scriptures that talk about the liberty of Christ. That means not relying on the Watchtower Org nor anyone to tell you what to believe or understand in the bible.
Galatians 5:1For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

Thank you for your visit, Ari. Sister Jacqueline has had three deaths in just the last few days and she is being with family. She has a lot of Faith and there are no problems there. However, her human body is taking in more than any of us should have to bear. So, hopefully, she will not return until she gets some much needed rest. So you are stuck with lil ole me and Brother Peter till she is better.

jehovah has graciously provided all my needs and most of my wants,as we move forward we see exactly the danger sighs I wrote of before gold, silver gas creeping down as the world economy gains strenth,soon will come a great change that will signal that the image of the beast has taken power. many will be deluded into forgeting jehovah and jesus. do yourselfs a great service read and study gods word now, get close to god while you can because the presure to abandon him will increase big time.remember jehovah and trust in him.. not in men ! keep moveing ahead spirtuly, and upbuild your felllow man,may jehovah bless you..

trying to place exact prophecy times can be hard but I hope we get to see it, when i was a kid i thought paradise was just a year or two away, now im 52 i feel just like the poor old dog who sits stareing at his empty super dish ! i can smell all the good food cooking in the house, once in a while somebody tosses me an old dry bone and says nice doggie and i wag my tail to be polite,then i burry the bone so they will think I ate it ! oh maybe they will bring me some real food, im so tired of burrying bones ! but it goes on and on,thats like prophechy you can smell something good cooking and all you get is the bad stuff !bad sigh after bad sighn and we get oh that means jesus is geting closer,well darn it by the time jesus gets here i will be too old,bald toothless and blind, to jump up and praise god for deliverance,in the while the image of the beast is setting out quite a wonderous banquet free food, free house payments,free electricicty, free education, jobs are poping up everywere,obahma will win another term,because of the next miricle you will see soon, look out when you see a big drop in fuel prices, i think we are about to see the bibles peace and security then sudden distruction very soon, the stage is set all too well for false christs,with the soon to come time of great delusionment will come the much awaited two wittnesses warning everyone that they are walking straight into a trap ! exciteing times are comeing if you are not spirtully drunk you will disearn what is happening,what bugs me is the watchtower is strangely silent about all the government baits being set before our noses,that in itself screams out silence in heaven for about half an hour before the next seal is broken ! yes I will go so far to say it we are that close to something hugh happening,and wait and see is so old and clichai but unfortunatly thats all we can do, as we sit by our empty super dishs waging our wails,oh jesus wont you come and feed me please !

Hi ari, I am just trying to catch up on my correct understanding of scripture now. For instance Br. Rutherford died in 1942 and at that time the Jews were not fulfilling scriptures in Isaiah. So the witnesses changed and said those scriptures mean Christendom and JW. If he had lived longer he would have seen the fulfilment of scripture on the Jewish people. The holocaust basically ran them back to Israel and they are flocking there in droves now. So now I can understand and apply all those Isaiah prophesies. The welcome page has just the article about Israel that I have been looking for. I was always puzzled by the fact it said God would forgive Israel and they are in disbelief. I could never make anything fit the witnesses. The attack on Israel in unwalled cities etc. Now I can see the picture clearly that it is the natural Jews in prophecy. The truth about armageddon has lifted a weigh off of my heart. I just could not understand God killing people based on what Jehovah witnesses were teaching. We repell people by going to their doors so much. If the world depended on witnesses I would buy billboards, TV aittime, Radio, bullhorns etc instead of stop printing and selling off everything. Just a little to let you know where I am now. But I always enjoy your telling it like it is.
you are so right ! if someone does something good for you that you can see and relate to the natural response is to do something fine to show gratitude !You simply can not get a person to love god by makeing them do all the motions of service and hope love sets in ! it wont instead you will grow bitter on the inside and pass on that bitterness to those around me, you can bank on this when I tell it. jehovah is far more pleased with the person who buys an egg mcmufin meal for the poor old bag lady and offers a kind word about gods love then when I with anger in my heart spend the afternoon hauling litterature for the hall and puting it on the shelf because its my turn,,reminds me of the bible story of the two sons that were supposed to help dad the good boy said yes and went and dosed off, the other said naw Im going partying, but he felt compasion for his father and did all the work before he left.. yup I wonder who got the credit the bible never said ? thanks for your writeing it shows godly human compasion, god blessing to you
Br. Arimatthews davies, I used to talk to you before there were a lot of websites and it is good to see you still at it my brother. I used a moniker then as I was afraid of the org. repercussions. Now I use my name. Your sincere and heartfelt expressions helped me then. At the time years ago you didn’t know I was a girl one time and you called me brother. I chuckled. So keep on expressing yourself you never know who is reading and listening.
just a little more to say Its such a shame that their are bad things going on were the word of god is preached,I have a problem beleiveing that if jehovahs spirit was really their,those things would not be happening because jehovah would be protecting people while they learned enough to make a choice if they were for him or against him.

And latter in life I came to the place that it was important to me to please him.I began to write when I was 49 on the internet because I feel it gives people who are interested in the one true god a choice to read or not to read,door knocking to me is more like Im selling stuff and quietly soliciting donations,I just dont feel it jehovahs perfect will for me.I do feel led to visit camps,and churchs,And just praise god and talk to people about jesus christ Jesus said his sheep would hear his voice,And If you have to study numerous publications with someone to convince him or her then the proper love of god from the heart probobly wasent in them to start with. if you have to scare a person into service thats just performance the most unhealthy thing in the world for you mind and body.I admit that Im not briming over with pioneering and millions of magezines placed,but when I talk about jehovah Im not talking about a god who may someday if im real good talk back to me via some circumstance or bible scripture that pops out. I am talking about a god that I can pray to just like this,lord work is slow my bills are behind and I need your help..And I am not kidding Ive had the phone ring in my pocket many times while still praying with a job ! And I promise this is true a lady gave me a truck she said god said to give you this truck..yes I am gratefull to jehovah ! he has shown his power as healer,and provider to me in supernauteral ways..and although he does not apear in my liveing room and talk to me. his presense is no imagination, my god jehovah is my god because he has proven to me beyond all shadow of any doubt that he is interested in me just like a father would show, and jesus is a great king,he enjoys showing mercy and forgivness to those that ask.

I first of all want to stress out that it is not normal how you were brought up, and it saddens me to hear… I’m glad you found the power of Jesus in your life as uplifting, and could stop your bad habbits… Because that is what he tried to teach us… It is by Gods grace we got a sacrifice so all should live… We cannot work our way into “heaven”… Jesus did the work… But with faith comes responsibility, and when God is in your heart you want to do what is right and try to live up to that by doing works which show your faith. I pitty Jehovah’s witnesses for they have not learned the freedom of faith, and the real love of Jehovah and of Jesus… They are enslaved because they think they are never good enough for God.
this is year 2012, I have been delivered from drugs now 18 years, sadly to say it wasent the kingdomhall but a church in a regeneration camp that jesus christ gave me what I never had with the j.ws I was given the firm asurance by gods holy spirt that I was forgiven by god because of jesus christs ransome, not by the performances of so called sacred service given to me to perform via the kingdom hall, dont get me wrong fine works are pleaseing to god they help define you as a follower of jesus, but its not those works that makes you rightous before jehovah ! Onley jesus shed blood for us does that ! the fine works are not what defines us as christians. it is however our love for jehovah and our fellow man..I used to go to meetings and out in service because my parents beat on me and screamed filthy words, they told me that this was jehovahs way for bringing up children, they were both baptised wittnesses and the older son an elder in the congregation.I came to despise the kingdom hall and everything they taught because they preached the good news of gods kingdom in public yet myself and other children were kicked around spat upon and beaten dailey then told we must not tell for it would bring reproch upon jehovah ! well I grew up got a job and got the heck out of dodge.. the devil soon sent his earthly minions to bring drugs, fast cars,and imoral ways to me. I fell right into his trap,it was not till 1994 in a drug and alchohal program that I learned that jesus still does miricles !The gifts of the spirit are very much alive today I ari matthew davies testify to this fact I am alive and forgiven, no longer beaten down by men or satan but loved by god not for all my blessed rightous deads but because of gods love grace and mercy.
