As the national conversation focuses on “fit” national leadership, we want to focus on Christian Leadership, how the scriptures say it works and how we sometimes confuse our preferences with firm scriptural principle. We want to look into different approaches to establishing leadership as well as what we believe are the qualities of true leadership. Are there different Christian views on leadership? What about other religious views on the matter?

I was sitting watching that gold rush TV show and I got to thinking. Men travel thousands of miles risking their lives to dig in the ground for gold with no certainty that they will find a thing! They brave cold and heat grizzly bears disease and often leave very broken. But what befuddled me to no end is that %75 of the population won’t walk 20 feet away from the electronic masters and pray to Jehovah god so that they can through Jesus gain eternal life! It is unbelievable but true the most valuable thing in the universe is free for the asking. let us get our priorities straight. Working for gold gold gold and material possession is a sure fire way to go broke! Put your energy’s and desires upon being right before Jehovah and Jehovah will give you more physical blessings then you could gain yourself by all that hard dangerous work..now is serving Jehovah easy? Hmmmm let’s make a comparison a roofer climbs 3 story’s into the air and works his tail off for that paycheck.a fulltime church pastor has only to travel to church and speak fluently into a microphone to get his job done.. That’s two extremes so you can see the point. No serving Jehovah is not easy but it beats getting eaten by a bear or falling off a roof. Just work for something you get to keep after death.castles fancy cars and loads of cash may sound great.but when you die what good will it do you.
Get right with Jehovah and when he wakes you up what you get won’t melt away to dust… Friends its allways my pleasure to stop by and encourage us to keep walking toward Jesus. I thank all those who have comented,on what makes a fit christian leader.. looking at bible history, we see that its not experiance, nor is it many rightous deeds,,it is however the willingness to obey jesus christ and the willingness to receive the holy spirits gift to empower you in completeing that job !
I see someone out their said the apostles are dead.. the jesus christ said some of you here will not sleep but be changed… he was talking to his apostles..the bible also tells us that some have ministered unto angels unknowingly..I also see that someone wrote that the holy spirit no longer uses people to administer miricles ! and oh I feel sorry for you ! while their are not men and women walking around that can go up to a sick person and comand that they be healed like the 12 apostles,, their are many millions of people alive that have the gift of the holy spirit…and those people all have the authority to go forth as the holy spirit leads going forth unto sick, needy,imprisoned,etc and praying with those people to god in jesus name bringing to them the sure and certain knowledge that jehovah heals,jehovah, sets free, jehovah does miricles,, and you, me and anyone can go to jehovah now because of jesus and get those miricles ! I can not comand a miricle to take place in jesus name… no absouloutly not ! but I can and have gone to those needing those miricles and introduced them to the giver of all miricles in jesus name..and I have stood watching with amazement as jehovah dispensed that miricle! now without that blessed holy spirit driveing me forward I would have sat home on the couch eating cheetoes and watching the cartoon chanel ! yes their is an entirely new format for geting miricles than runing up to an apostle and asking him to help you ! now you can do it without an apostle by and through the shed blood of jesus christ ! you can go boldly to the throne of grace and mercy and confidently expect to receive it !
but freinds nothing is going to happen until you stop with the total nonsense that jehovah god is not dispensing any miricles today and that those miricles were just a jump start to get the church going ! that kind of beleif keeps you broke,sick,and needy,, jesus said ask and you will receive, keep knocking and the door will open..I am here today to tell you out of personal expeiriance and testify out of personal expeiriance that jehovah does do miricles today. he uses that holy spirit in that proceses, he uses people willing to preach and minister to help get the word out.. so quit lacking and start prospering physically and spirtualy here now today, start being a vessel for jesus word,and get people to the miricle giver ! come on really what kind of good news is it that someday probobly after your dead and gone that you might get resurected to eternal life if you do this or that ! none no thats not good news thats a true waste of the great power and authority that jesus has put in your hands !people by the words that come from your ministering mouth a man or women or child can find jehovah and receive a miricle before your very eyes ! I have seen it ! I was seting here sunday nov 11 and a strange thought crossed my head ! I realized for the first time that while I was an active jehovah wittness not once did I ever hear a person publicly testafy that jesus christ is my lord and savior and I am praying for the gift of the holy spirt ! now whats with that? the bible says repent and be baptized calling on the name if jesus christ for the remision of sins and you will receive the gift of the holy spirit.. now Im blown away that the religeion that says they represent jehovah has no time set aside for testamonies or confesions of faith before the congregation ! and why in the world not ? back in apostilic times if A man came forward and said I repent because I beleive that jesus is the son of god ! somebody swiftly baptized him before mostly unbelivers as a sighn to them…so How is it things have changed ? is this the new improved method ? men and ladys, please hear me ! we are way to close to the end of this system to clothe ourselfs with plastic imitation armour of god, we need the real thing if we are to win this spiritual battle against satan, the demons,and our own old nature, its countdown time ! we better read our own bibles for ourselfs and make darn sure we have received the gift of the holy spirit now before all hades breaks out ! honestly freinds if you havent done it know when its pretty ez when it gets nasty real soon like, how are you going to do it then ? the armour of god is substantial and the sword is sharp but if you havent practiced wearing that armour and weilding the sword your going to be like a untrained solider pushed out of a plane into the middle of a life or death battle ! the devil has provided many plastic imitation suits of armour and he always pretends to run and be afraid of that plastic made in heck imitation spirtual armour, because he wants you to be used to what is worthless when the real battle starts ! he knows that evan if a person should lay down the plastic junk armour and put on the real armour that unpracticed christian will find that the real thing is big powerfull and very heavy ! so what can I say put some sand in your field packs now get tough get ready its comeing,,, be ready when it does…
Ari, how are you. You are correct there is no testimony of ones life in Christ as such. However let me see if you can sort of see the attempt at it. Remember at the circuit and district assemblies there is a five min part called experiences. These are written out and approved by the CO/DO and are normally field service true or sometimes embellished experiences. There is no room for any unrehearsed expressions of Jesus influence at all. In our family about 2004 many of us were so hurt when the CO had a female relative embellish a lie that dealt with Oprah. Everyone in the family knew it was not true but the CO took one statement and had our female relative state something so untrue that the audience gasped. We were so glad that one of Ophrah’s workers was not present at the convention that day for they might have told of this public untruth.
So youy see there is an attempt but the CO embellishes toward his agenda.

for those offended by my bold language perhaps you need to read the exact words of the bible jehovah says dungy idols, and cursed is anyone who_ issith upon a wall,I wont mention the other 230 rough words of the bible.. nor remind you that jesus braided a whip to beat some people with in the temple I can just imagine him as he politely said now move along move along,,no ! he whooped some sense into their thick hides and did some shouting ! sometimes it takes some shouting and disconcerting lingistics to bore through fake religiosity,and selling flea market wares in the church sanctuary ! Now I do not go around curseing and mouthing vulgarity,and You know this.. my sensable reasoning to those I want to reach is quite evident by the several thousand articles I wrote wich are easy to find on the internet,, but perhaps I did what I intended to do since this article drew close to 700 thousand veiws on the search engines..mision acomplished, the law of random selection says 1% of a number will by chance accept the idea I can live with 7 thousand new beleivers in holy spirit miricles ! so now very nicely without one rough word,,the apostles are not dead,nor did they sleep they were changed in the blink of an eye to spirit when their bodys died who here disputes that the apostles are alive right now ? therefore the gifts of the spirit passing away with them was a metaphore, just like saying miricles will cease when pigs grow wings..the death of their body does not mean that they themselves died ,what are you going to do with jesus statement behold I tell you a sacred secret we shall not all sleep but be changed in the blink of an eye? if the apostles arent dead then neither did the miricles cease ! yes quite true that their is not alot of apostles alive on earth dispensing those miricles,but that does not keep you from asking and receiveing one in jesus name ! the truth about miricles happening here now and today is surpressed by both the wicked side and the religious side because

thats right no harm,except perhaps to your pride when you get a real miricle and cant shut up about it..8 months ago I got another miricle Preacher called me up dureing prayor time with the words god wants to heal you of a blood disorder,(moderate lipomeia) which demanded me to take fenofibrate or have my veins clog with fat and me die ! I wont make a long story of it I got miraculously a fully functioning pancreas and I am fully healed from a disease that just gets worse I testified on the church radio and thats that ! a demom can not impersonate jehovah in prayor in the name of jesus.. pray like I suggested then tell me their is no such thing as today miricles,,but until you honestly ask for that revelation your like me until age 34 spirtully lost as a mouse in a swiss cheese factory,runing to and fro looking for the spirtual blessings that are all around you, for those that dont understand the mouse in the cheese factory,I will explain beleive it or not mice will starve to death sometimes in the middle of the food because they are so over whelmed by the sight and aromas that they just cant decide were to start eating and die ! so how about it? who will honestly pray to jehovah ?ok its up to you now. good luck, may jehovah reveal his truth and nothing but the truth may you accept in jesus name, amen..

I’ll answer it simply, by being a true Christian who practices the fruits of the spirit and the directions given at 1 Timothy Chapter 6. However, you talked mostly, in my opinion, concerning the gifts of the Holy Spirit and that is what I spoke of mostly…

It would be foolish and unbiblical to claim God does not heal people, speak to people, and perform miraculous signs and wonders today. The question is whether the miraculous gifts of the Spirit, described primarily in 1 Corinthians 12–14, are still active in the church today. The question is whether the Holy Spirit still dispenses the miraculous gifts today. We entirely recognize that the GOD’s Holy Spirit is free to dispense gifts according to His will (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).
In the book of Acts and the Epistles, the vast majority of miracles are ,b>performed by the apostles and their close associates. Paul gives us the reason why: “The things that mark an apostle — signs, wonders and miracles — were done among you with great perseverance” (2 Corinthians 12:12). If every believer in Christ was equipped with the ability to perform signs, wonders, and miracles, then signs, wonders, and miracles could in no way be the identifying marks of an apostle. Acts 2:22 tells us that Jesus was “accredited” by “miracles, wonders, and signs.” Similarly, the apostles were “marked” as genuine messengers from God by the miracles they performed. Acts 14:3 describes the gospel message being “confirmed” by the miracles Paul and Barnabas performed.
It is also important to realize that the early church did not have the completed Bible, as we do today (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Therefore, the gifts of prophecy, knowledge, wisdom, etc. were necessary in order for the early Christians to know what God would have them do. The gift of prophecy enabled believers to communicate new truth and revelation from God. Now that God’s revelation is complete in the Bible, the gift of prophecy is no longer needed, at least not in the same capacity as it was.
God miraculously heals people every day. God still speaks to us today, whether in an audible voice, in our minds, or through impressions and feelings. God still does amazing miracles, signs, and wonders. However, these things are not necessarily the miraculous gifts of the Spirit. (Notice, I said GOD does these things, not anyone else as they did in the days of Christ’s Apostles.) The primary purpose of the miraculous gifts was to prove that the gospel was true and that the apostles were truly God’s messengers. The Bible does not say outright that the miraculous gifts have ceased, but it does lay the foundation for why they might no longer occur as they did as recorded in the New Testament.
It should be clear what you are talking about when you talk about the gifts of the spirit. There are other understood gifts of the spirit such as wisdom, understanding, wonder and awe, right judgement, knowledge, courage, and reverence.
And what do you mean the Apostles aren’t dead? The Apostles of Jesus Christ are dead. However, if you are using the term as “teacher,” then you are correct. However, when the term of “apostle” is used it is commonly understood to refer to the Apostles of Jesus Christ.
One last comment on a very personal level, I see no reason in getting your point across you have to bad mouth others. I realize and agree in the many faults of the Watchtower Organization, but the people themselves (including elders and overseers) are blinded and confused. Satan blinds the minds of many not knowledgeable of GOD’s true and Divine Plan. (2 Corinthians 4:4 “in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”)

I have recently found a great exercise in becomeing a fit christian leader the bible says faith comes by hearing of the word of god, so I began to read the bible outloud to myself in the morn and eve, I found the word of god somehow sticks in your head far better than reading silently ! and as a side effect you get extra oxygen to your body from it, try this great exercise. and as always I encourage you to keep spreading the upbuilding word of jehovah and praising his name with might !
Hello ari… I’m a student and always learn out loud, for I get a better grasp of things if I read my material out loud… Also with the bible I have read it out loud several times around… And it is so true what you are saying… Keep reading and studying… Because Jehovah gives a lot of comfort in difficult times, even now!
